1969 yılında Bilecik Gençlik ve Hisar Gençlikspor kulüplerinin birleşmesi ile kurulmuştur. 1984 yılına kadar geçen süreçte mahalli ve bölgesel amatör liglerde mücadele ederken 1984 yılında kurulan

 3.Lige yükselmek için oynanan terfi maçlarında başarılı olarak 3.Lige yükselmiş ve profesyonel futbol takımı olmuştur

.1987 yılında tekrar amatör kümeye düşmenin ardından ertesi sene tekrar 3.Lige yükselmiştir. 1989-90 sezonu hariç hep 3. ligde oynayan kulüp, 2007 - 2008 sezonundan TFF 3.Lig 4. Grupta 15. olarak Amatör kümeye düşmüştür.
